We use the established tools of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of the team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time.

Asset Management
We fully appreciate the potential problems associated with property our role is to minimise risk and protect the current and future values of property ensuring that the asset is performing as it should.

Established in 2010 in the South West,
Total Maintenance Solutions Ltd have been providing services to clients that include Letting Agents, Professional Landlords, Commercial Mortgage Lenders, Accountants, Insolvency Receivers, Surveying practices, Bridging Finance Companies and Property Solicitors.
Expansion over the last few years has seen the company move into the troubleshooting of problem portfolios and major insurance claims.
